I volunteered with Habitat For Humanity in early 2006, continuing the cleanup and rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina from August of the previous year. Following my experience, I wrote this song about the things going on in the world. By sharing this message through my passion for music, I hope to encourage broader thought and care for others.
